Reflection: I think this job would be interesting because knowing what is in food and what would be healthy would be a cool thing to have knowledge about. Also, working with people and helping them plan a diet seems like it would be fun. Skills that we have learned in class that would go along with this career includes our 2.2.4 Energy in Food lab. We learned how to determine the energy in food which would be helpful with this job.
